I carved two pumpkins and bought some KitKat bars, peanut M&Ms and Snickers. Halloween is not celebrated here, so there is no trick-or-treating, the costume shops were closed and most people didn't know it was anything but an ordinary day. During the day, I read Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (in the original french format of course) and watched Disney's Robin Hood film (the animated animal one) in french also.
